At Hawkfield Manor, our goal is to repair the soil and restore native trees and grasses on our ranch and homestead to provide the best sources of feed to our livestock, flocks, and herds. As a result we produce healthy and wholesome products to our community in central North Carolina, and for our own family. We practice regenerative farming methods that include silvopasture, mob grazing, rotational grazing, managed hay feeding, and native grass seeding.

We produce pasture raised layers for eggs, herdshare dairy, grassfed & grass-finished beef, and grassfed & grass-finished lamb (limited & seasonal) - All of this is done with methods that are environmentally sustainable, truly humane, and naturally healthy. GRASS FINISHED BEEF

Hawkfield Manor grass fed AND finished cattle are not grained, giving you some of the tastiest and healthiest beef in North Carolina. Review our current cut selection here.  

PASTURE RAISED EGGS

Hawkfield Manor hens live and thrive on Silvopasture and traditional pasture areas, making their eggs delicious and nutrient-dense. We have 1 rooster that runs with the girls. They sell fast, so reserve some of the freshest eggs available for your family here. 

HERDSHARE RAW DAIRY

Hawkfield Manor Dairy is back in very limited quantities! Juliet, Florrie, & Odette are our beautiful producers, and herdshares are required to get raw product from them. They graze on our homestead pastures, and are supplemented with hay that is local! We feed them a nutrient dense sweet feed mixed with black sunflower seeds while they are hand milked on our dairy stanchion. We use microfilters to strain then rapid chill in an ice bath. All Dairy that is not included in our herdshare program, will be labeled per NC State law as "Not For Human Consumption". When available, you will find our current dairy selections here.

GRASS FINISHED LAMB

*SEASONAL ONLY*

Hawkfield Manor grassfed, Grass-Finished Lambs are not grained, and rotated on both silvopasture and traditional pastures. We process just prior to 11 months, giving you some of the tastiest and tender lamb in North Carolina. As age determines when we process, this is a seasonal product and in very high demand.
